Crews are polite and efficient and having an App where you can track your moving truck's location is quite helpful. We had a great experience with FlatRate Moving. Everyone we communicated with was really kind and responsive through the whole process. I also appreciated getting a confirmation call a few days prior to the move with the opportunity to make any last minute changes, and receiving a link day-of so we could track the movers' ETA. The moving teams was on-time, efficient, careful with our belongings, and easy to work with. They did a great job making moving day go as smoothly as possible and we would use FlatRate again in the future and recommend them to others.

The men that moved me listened to my needs. The move was excellent. The only thing I was unhappy with is the move was suppose to happen in the morning between 9-10 but then they couldn’t get to me until 2:00. But they did keep me informed.
