Elite Flatrate team was an excellent! Move went extremely well, it was seamlessly executed. I was completely supported from start to finish, beginning with Dejon, Flatrate Manager planning the move and determining the crew to Erez, Lead manager on the day of the move. Erez was absolutely fantastic (as usual). He managed the whole process with such ease and grace! He worked very hard and always with a smile 😊. He is a true professional! I’m grateful to have his help- it made all the difference. Adelpho was incredible too. He was always smiling and doing a fantastic job too. I felt like Adelpho really cared, such integrity and did a great job! He also managed Enrique and Dario, everyone was excellent . They were the fantastic four yesterday. Thank you so much, I sincerely appreciate having the Flatrate team move us into the next chapter of our lives. Highly recommend Flatrate Elite!

From start to finish - everything was excellent. George gave me a simple to read proposal, a fair price and there were no hidden extras. The crew was very nice to work with and punctual. It was a fantastic moving experience and I will try and use Flatrate again!

FLATRATE MOVING IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I appreicate how they begin with a virtual call to visually see my inventory and assess my needs a pricing from there. Leaving no room for guessing or misunderstanding. Then the team in the office, have a no pressure approach! Of course this is business and they want you to pick them but there was no coercing, nor unrealistic promises. They respected and did all they could for my budget. They maintained excellent communication. ALSO, the movers that arrived were not a third party, but the same company!!! That is super important for consistency. The movers arrived early, which threw me for a second, but they waited, until the given time window and got right to work. The 3 man team was super efficient, kind and competent. I definitely recommend 10 out of 10!
