I used to rave about how amazing these meals were. I had a shipment come in and the bags were broke open on the meals. Sent a picture and asked for my money back on the meals and they insisted on more photos even though the photo clearly shows the ice packs broken open. It's a shame how awesome this company used to be vs now.

RJ was awesome! He was very professional and had great bedside manner conveying empathy toward my military lifestyle which can be hectic and require a lot of flexibility. He was patient in taking the time to explain all aspects of the performance pass and walked me through how to redeem my savings for the future and past purchases.
