The customization and ability to meet ones needs makes this purchase well worth it. The variety of meals is also excellent. I ordered these for my parents who no longer have the ability or time to cook meals. Meals from flexpro save time and allow my parents to eat healthy. A true win win.

All the meals I tried were great and shipped smoothly, the customer service was very good but the meals just weren’t filling enough for me personally. They have options for custom meals that could be more filling if you have the same issue as me but I just wanted to test this one out.

I’m doing FlexPro’s protein box, and today I needed help from customer service because I accidentally created a second account instead of editing my food on my original account. France was extremely helpful getting the new account cancelled and switching my food selections to the original account. She even applied the discount code I had used. Regarding the food, everything I have tried has been delicious. I prepare side dishes to go with the protein, which takes so much less time and planning. For example, I can sauté some vegetables, add the fajita beef and stuff it into a tortilla. I’m eating in less than 15 minutes. Some of the other meals I have are even faster. My only complaint is that when doing the protein box, the choices don’t vary, but this isn’t a big deal because I can alter the side dishes to make it seem like an entirely new meal.

I recently contacted FlexPro Meals about what I thought was a discrepancy with my plan discounts. RJ got back to me via email very quickly and explained how they worked, but also offered provided another discount for the confusion. I was also given details on how their FlexPass discount works. Had another great experience with customer service. I was confused on my order pricing and reached out to the Flex Pro team to help me with the breakdown of the bill. They were able to contact me same day and explain in detail everything I had concerns about. The amazing part was it wasn't just a random representative. Starsky was the previous agent who help me before and was able to assist again. Being followed up by the same representative you were working with is so amazing because they already familiar with you and your account.

I had several questions on my recent order. I reached out via email to Flexpro support. They have been very responsive. I, in faxt, just received a call from RJ explaining what had happened and was able to address my questions. The Flexpro support team is one of the best.
