Great meals with excellent macros and customer service. I had issues receiving my meals after a move and RJ was extremely helpful trying to find a solution for the issue.

Not gonna lie, I’ve had issues more than once with meals arriving damaged, which is frustrating. But Starsky actually steps up every time and gets it handled without giving me the runaround. He’s responsive, straight to the point, and makes sure there’s a real resolution. At this point, he’s the reason I’m still dealing with them.

first off, could not even get through my first order of meals, they are so bad and also messed up my gut big time (not a typical issue of mine). Not only were the meals bad, but the customer service was extremely rude and not understanding. Id rather eat my dog's farmers dog meals than this crap. Tried to get them to refund my meals about 2 minutes after it posted on my card but they said it's too late. Such a waste

My weekly order last week never showed up. Contacting customer service for an explanation and a refund is useless.
If this were the first problem I've had, I would not be so upset. But I have had constant issues since becoming a FlexPro customer, namely with missing meals.
Do not waste your money, you will never receive your food.
At this point, I am contemplating filing a police report for theft.

The food doesn’t taste good at all, on top of that there was a roach in 1 of my meals. I don’t want to do business with this company anymore because of this and I paid an additional 60 bucks on top of my purchase price for my 10
Meals and there not wanting to give me my 60 bucks back, Beware of purchasing anything from this company. They will give you problems and not give you your money back no matter the situation, there rude when I told them just give me my .60 back and I won’t leave a review about the roach and they still refused to give me my 60 back so there just gonna keep my money , There stupid because if it was my company and you called me and told me there was a roach in your meal, and you didn’t want to do business with me anymore, I would refund the 60 unused back to the buyer then to have others read a review like this, Buyer beware

France made the transaction so easy !! I was able to easily update my box size and pick my meals. She made sure I had redeemed my Flex Pass Dollars and would have the meals before my current order ran out. It was a seamless process and she was the absolute best !!
