What made my experience Great was French! She is absolutely amazing and a wonderful person! Her communication and persistent follow up is impeccable! Your company is truly blessed to have someone so talented and detailed! I could have not fixed all the problems I had with Flex Pro Meals with out here. I gave five stars because of her excellence in how much she cares and supports your company!!!
I will keep this part short from the website, to the delay food packaged damaged upon delivery , to the unfortunate quality of the food. We had to cancel the subscription! Yes is it probably the cheapest cost of meal services out there. But we would pay more for higher quality food prep! This is only to help you guys get better. If I said nothing as an executive Sales and operations consultant. You would have no feedback to improve. Thank you again French for all you do and I am sorry things did not work out!

Flex Pro is absolutely horrible. My first shipment arrived on time, but every order after that has been sent with 2-day shipping—so the meals show up completely melted.
They claim it’s fine “as long as it’s cold to the touch,” which is unacceptable. Food safety guidelines state perishable meals must be kept at or below 40°F, and these clearly are not when they arrive.
Customer service is just as bad—rude, interruptive, and unhelpful. They even offer discounts only if you agree to write a 5-star review first, which is completely unethical.
And RJ, the “account manager,” is the worst—dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to fix anything.
Avoid this company.

I got a call back from FRENCH. She was very helpful and walked me through my issues was a pleasure to talk with, not to mention the MEALS all taste Amazing!

I honestly had a great experience just now with the help from RJ! I had an issue where I had two orders that were basically ruined due to a personal matter having to leave town and he went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer without me having to ask. I also have customer service experience and he handled this with pristine care! Highly recommend and the food is great!

Fran was excellent at helping me via the phone and saved me a ton of money on my monthly meals! The meals themselves are delicious and takes the guess work out of meal prep for work days!

Absolute scam; 90% of the site is AI slop, so none of the meals I ordered ever matched the picture. I ordered 21 meals and they ended up delivering me only 18 meals. There is no customer support, and the food was an absolute mess, and they aren't that delicous. Ended up gaining weight for these slop.

This company is a hot mess. And to make things worse their customer service is atrocious especially manager, RJ. Avoid doing business with them and whatever you do don’t fall for their performance pack or additional credit scams. I’ve had to deal with them more than three times on an issue and they still managed to not resolve the issue and just compounded it. Stay far away from FlexPro Meals.

Flex Pro has been a great prep option that really meets my needs. The process is straightforward, the information is clear, and the support has been excellent.
One thing that really stood out to me is the customer service. RJ has been amazing throughout the process. He always answers quickly to my questions, very knowledgeable, and great about following up to make sure everything is going smoothly. That level of support makes a big difference and shows they truly care about their customers.
Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Flex Pro to anyone looking for a reliable prep service with great customer support.

I have worked with several account managers at FlexPro regarding an ongoing issue regarding discounts, and each one of them have been great.
