I received my order on a Thursday, it was outside my home for 2 hours, and all the meals were defrosted and warm! Of course customer service didn’t reach out until Monday. I got my replacement meals, I called today to check the status, 10 min prior to closing and it goes straight to voicemail. I texted the representative RJ, no reply. So as of now, I take back the 5 google star review and of my meals arrive defrosted again then will be back to write another bad review! I also didn’t like how pushy he was asking for a review and how he waited on the phone until I completed it. Who does that??

So far so good - I’m liking the food, customer service is responsive… it’s actually really nice NOT to have to think about food, or plan, or shop. Health benefits aside, the mental space that food was taking up was enormous- I never realized how much time I was spending shopping, preparing, eating, and cleaning up - it’s like food was taking 15-20% of my time. FlexPro saves me that and I can invest that energy elsewhere
