Bait and switch all the way. Gave me flight numbers, dates and times and took my $600. Shortly afterwards they called back to say I would have to change my travel dates in order to get that price and the only way to travel on the dates and flights quoted was to pay an additional $900. They would not issue a refund.

Scam. A 3 day flight from FL to Cali, and was told I couldn't bring on a backpack of clothes for those days.
The rep contradicted themselves; you can bring a purse (I'm a dude), but if I brought clothes, there would be additional fees as checking a bag.
Why would I travel 3 days (it's summer in both locations), and not be able to bring clothes?
Scam, scam, scam...or reps who don't understand English per carry on!
