We bought 2 Trex bikes here a few years ago and now we've bought 2Trex ebikes. The Staff know bikes and they are courteous and helpful when I have a question or repair but let me look when I just want to wander around on my own. There's just too many ebikes to chose from so we went with the brand and the shop we trust! So far, so happy!

Scott at the El Dorado Hills store was very helpful and knowledgeable on helping me find the right bike. He didn’t try to up sell me on anything and he worked with in my budget.
