Jasmine & Aerial have been AMAZING!!!! I am a "forever" pun intended user of Artisan software as I direct The Anderson County Senior Citizens Program. I was hired when I was still a very active Creative Memories Consultant in 2007. Artisan has traveled with me through every computer change I've ever been through working for county government! And once again we've had a computer change & between James in our County IT department & HOURS with Jasmine & Aerial, I will be able to return to work using Artisan to help make "for seniors by seniors" continuing to happen for our Anderson County Seniors!!! I love this product. My picture books always turn out really nice as long as I am diligent and make sure I haven’t made any errors in spelling, etc or left text boxes that I don’t want on the page. I do wish the software was a little bit more intuitive. I feel like I need a class in how to use it.

My intent was to, hopefully, have the quality of the audio enhanced so it was easier to hear what was being said. The results weren’t any better.

The concept of data storage for pictures, PDF's and similar materials is a good one. It is somewhat awkward and difficult to handle in my opinion, but they are consistently getting better and improving.

A minor problem but I wanted to give feedback. I was originally notified that my scrapbook pages would be returned on 7/13. They didn't come until 7/18. I had called to see if there was a problem and was told that the packaging materials were late. I think an email should have been sent out explaining the problem.
