I chose to put my photos on forever.com after weighing pros and cons of various options. Much of my hesitation was the upfront pricing. Yes it's pricy but the way I look at it, it's a one time lump sum versus annual fees that constantly go up and services that constantly change or in some cases disappear. I'm hoping that they live up to their promises. I like how easy it is to organize and navigate the photos and scans I've been doing. They have a lot of documentation and help for questions and best practices. I haven't had any issues so far. I'm just in the process of figuring out the best format for my scrapbooks and will be using it more actively in the upcoming months as I scan and upload. I'm more motivated to do so because the price has been paid for space and it's now up to me to use it.

I have been using FOREVER for 16 years. This past week, I got my photo album, and it was not right. I was so disappointed. I sent an email, and within hours, I got a response. I needed to send pictures of what was wrong. Did that, then uploaded the album again. Within 4 hours, I had a new album shipped! This has been the only problem I have experienced in 16 years, and it was solved in 4 hours. That is great customer service. FOREVER is a wonderful way to preserve your memories. You will not be disappointed.

FOREVER is the best company for saving your precious photo memories. I am so glad that my photos, reels of film, slides VHS tapes are safe & secure. AND I know my family won’t lose out of them because I own the permanent storage. In other cloud based services, if you forget or are gone and the family doesn’t make the payment on a subscription, then so are your memories.

Not at all the same experience I had the last time, which was flawless. This time it took over a month before you were ready to start. And then you left one of my items off the invoice. It took a while after I called before I found out that you weren’t going to digitize my most important item because your equipment was broken. Then more than a month for you to digitize the rest of the order and then you never sent the jump drive I ordered. I called on that last week and was told you would get back to me. I still haven’t received the jump drive, or a phone call or email you promised.

We’re very sorry to hear this experience did not meet the standard you expected based on your previous order. We understand how frustrating it must have been to experience delays, have an item omitted from the invoice, learn that your most important item could not be digitized due to equipment issues, and then not receive the jump drive or follow-up communication you were expecting.
I do see that our Client Care team sent you an email on May 29th with details regarding the flash drive. If you did not receive that email, please reach out to our Client Care team again and they will be happy to assist you. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to help resolve this matter.
The prints I ordered are GREAT!! Good quality and fast shipping, too. I have learned from past orders that you have to check the positioning of your photos individually. If you have edited your photos on your phone they might be a little bit off when ordering them on line. This isn't a problem though as long as you're aware that someone's head might be chopped off or it won't be the whole landscape you thought it would be. I've gotten use to going through each photo and if it doesn't fall within the lines given you can easily adjust. It takes some time to do especially if ordering 397 pics, like I just did, but well worth it!! It's also great for cropping out something (or someone, LOL) you don't want!!!! I love the lustre texture pictures. Glossy is also nice but I have to remove finger prints before putting on my page protectors in my albums. Will keep using Forever to print my pictures!!!!
