We shipment multiple containers a week
We shipment multiple containers a week, Freightos is f%$#king useless. Easy to book, but everything after that is a complete train wreck. They can't even show the commodities for each shipment and most importantly hold up shipments which cost you daily because their invoicing system is screwed. Run as far as you can!

Regular updates and extraordinary service
I was kept informed of where the shipment was and updates on its arrival. The delivery driver, Derek, was extremely helpful and helped me load the shipment into my space, which I appreciated very much.

Good first time international shipping experience
I needed to make a shipment of a heavy wooden crate from the USA to the UK. The international shipping process is pretty difficult for a newbie, but Freightos had the best shipping rate and overall best experience. When all was said and done, they got me hooked up with shippers that got my 300 kilo crate to the UK in good shape.

Reliable freight selection for dummies
The selection of couriers makes comparison and selection easy. All you have to do is state the cargo volume and weight, from and to destinations, and poof, out comes courier options and cost.

Really great experience
Really great experience! Some of the costs shifted around a bit but it wasn't much of a difference. Would be really great to visualize import rates and things going in to the shipment. Otherwise, really good experience
