Misleading and switch and bait Organization!

Over 1 week 9 business days not a single call back. We keep calling and we get nothing but fast talk and excuses. Zero follow up 4 people that we have spoke with promised to call back and no call no show ..... this is not viable source. They scrubbed our bank account statements obtained all necessary data sensitive insights into our business personal identification and electronic login consent to our deposits with financial institutions .... I can tell you with certainty this company does not lend it RE-SELLS your information.. that's all it does. I have exhausted all attempts I cannot get 1 person in America... it sounds like bunch of people from India with African British accent..... this company is FRAUD .... LOOK OUT Update 7-1-2026 No call or follow up from the firm our phones blew up with cold inquiries of other JOCK SHLOCK Fraudster mom and pop shops offering Mafia rates and terms we have spoken with fundbox 16 days after or 25 days after they stated technical difficulties but the information was already obtained and our bank accounts where scrubbed. we showed them 708 -721 fico's and over 118K in clean income. PayPAL Had better terms and we never got ANY Terms no further follow up no decision NOTHING .. these people logged in into our accounts grabbed the valuable data and As I said before Our email aad phones Blew with solicitations.... this company is out of UK everyone hass british accent they are INfo Walls Street INfo brokers and if they lend and again i cannot find 1 credible source or customer to verify with seems like MCA Mafia Merchant cash Advance products masquerade as a loan. Stay away from these people there is NO USA MOrtgage FINRA SIPC NMLS licensure enforcement licensure NOTHING ... BE WARE of SCAM and FRAUD

Something is wrong with their automated payment system and it sometimes skips. I have triple checked this with Chase and they assure me they have never declined a withdrawal from Fundbox. As a result, they start hounding you on their terms even when the other scheduled payments continue to withdraw from your account... Then, they continually decrease your borrowing power as you pay it off. As an owner of multiple businesses I work with several lenders and have never has as much automated junk problems as I have with Fundbox. They do not care, they do not take feedback, and they continue to make life an absolute headache. Will not be continuing to do business with them. Customer service is a 50/50 shot whether you get someone who cares, user experience is completely frustrating, and their payment systems are clearly a scam or a joke. It's very clear that no one at fundbox cares and they will probably go the way of Spirit in no time at all.

They didn't hesitate to give me a chance to secure a loan as a business building my business credit. The process was super easy and they give you a detailed breakdown of the repayment plan before you accept. Funds are available within 2-3 days directly to your bank account. They notify of every transaction, payment and balance weekly. I'm extremely pleased with Fundbox and would recommend them to business owners.

Unfortunately, I am dealing with this company's manipulation system. I should have read the reviews before going with fund box. While they give you the loan, the payments and line of credit abuse is ridiculous. Speaking with a customer service team who can't speak English is just another way of this company's strategy plan to keep under.
