Never using gateway again

We were not given all information from the start when we had our first meeting. we went with a state program and every time we would bring information in for them to put on file they would lose it and ask for it again 3 days later so it took longer to even close on a house. we were told it would be 45-60 days and ended up closing after the 60 day mark because it seemed like the office we went through had no idea what they were doing. And as a first time home buyer it was very aggravating to have to always argue with them that i gave them the information
