While my experience and dissapointment with a twin pine Tokyo bed, my experience with customer service representative Lewis Preston was excellent! I worked in customer service for at least 50 years and Lewis was awesome! He listened and repeated my concerns to make sure he understood. He was never ever condescending. I am currently waiting for my return to arrive in Tennessee for my refund. Lewis is wonderful. Never ever try to replace him with AI..it cannot be done.

The bed frame was the wrong size and had missing holes for the screws, so I ended up having to drill new holes myself.
I asked for a refund for partial amount and after they said they would send me the refund, they never did.
If I could return the whole bed without huge effort I would.
Grace was very helpful and showed a great interest in the product! She was knowledgeable of the product!
