Not a fan of confusing steps
There are too many steps for this application. I was wondering why I did not get an email confirming that the recipient had not received her gift card . It was not until the next day I received an email asking me to confirm my email. When I did I immediately got confirmation from the recipient. Also, I might have missed the fine print it was annoyed to find the charges at a check out. Not a huge fan.

I bought a Smiths Grocery Card as a gift for someone. It ended up being a gift card that the recipient had to put in her bank account. And she has to wait 5 days to use it. Total scam. And when I bought the card Giftly wouldn’t let me complete the purchase without buying a gift envelope. All delivered electronically. Never again.
