Ordered a 3 piece outfit

Ordered a 3 piece outfit. Cheap and bad fitting. The return procedure is appalling, I’ve been waiting ages to be refunded. They make it as difficult as possible to return. No customer service telephone number. Will never shop with them again. The outfit was £120 so not cheap but felt like something from Temu. I feel as if I’ve been scammed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Refunded but hard work!

I bought a couple of outfits from Goelia.Neither of them fitted so I returned them. I had to email the company to get information about tge return. The return has to be tracked and cost me nearly £10. That was on 5th July. You only get 15 days to return. It’s now the 13th July and I have heard nothing. I messaged them on their site today (13th) and will report them to trading standards if they do not make my refund within the time. Influencers should check these things before teaming with such a company. Buyer be warned! This dispute has been amicably settled between Goelia and myself and the refund paid. But you do have to pay for returns and jump through hoops to get your refund.The process took about three weeks. Perhaps Goelia will make the process easier in the future.

Good quality and service

I purchased a skirt and a few dresses. I love them, especially the hanfu style skirt. It is well made and very flattering. I received the package fairly fast, about a week and it was in good condition when it arrived as well.

They just never reply you

They just never reply you! I am a first time customer with Goelia and tried to buy some different clothes and need to return a couple of things. You are supposed to submit a return request via their webpage and wait for them to reply and give you instructions how to send the things back. They just never reply to you, which is quite unacceptable. It should be reported to the consumer authority since customers in EU have a right to return net purchases within 14 days. It seems like a scam since they simply just ignore all your emails. Will not buy anything on this webpage again.

Cheap items thatre expensive and they won't fully refund you

Got the item well in time. The quality was subpar for the price and felt very dainty and cheap. Decided to return it as it was also larger than I expected. Had to pay 30 CAD for the return to the states, and in my refund they exempted around 15 dollars for return shipping fees. Now they're telling me they can't return the 15 because the shipping companies charged it. I'm sure it's something more suspicious than that - if they realized their F up and wanted to have good customer service and reputation they'd refund the 15$. Never shopping there again. Over priced for cheap crap.
