Unity Wireless is a scam that only waists your time
This company provides nothing of value to real people, all it does is suck up hours and hours of your time by asking to stay on the line, assure you that they'll be in touch, but never will be, ask you to upload your documents for the tenth time, send you pointless emails about how their system is down, with no further information about when it will be up, ask you to drive to pick up more documents, then repeat all these steps eight more times in and endless cycle until you've lost over 11 days of your life for zero result. The whole point of this scam company is not to help the people it claims to help, it is purely in the pursuit of profiting from the California LifeLine Program and the federal Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).

Fantastic Signal, not so much fantastic help if something goes wrong..
Well, the first two weeks of my service were spectacular! Service was great, had no issues at all. Then I was transferred out without my consent (by another provider) and I immediately transferred back to Unity upon being notified, Unity responded as they received my application, said up to 24 hours I would have heard from someone but NOTHING. Absolutely nothing and it's been several days now...

Super disappointed in the service and product when I finally received package. New phone with a few included extras was great until the phone is set up and it actually runs slower then I have ever experienced, the camera has no focus or capability to take a picture that looks like whatever you took a picture of. It's so bad you can't even use it. No one actually answers and the phone gives you no tutorials or options
