I'm very dissatisfied with Unity…

I'm very dissatisfied with Unity Wireless because of their terrible service. I submitted my application on 9-28-25, and they requested twice I submit my Program Document/Eligibility Proof, and I did so on 10-11-25 and 10-15-25. On 10-24-25 I received an email from Unity notifying me my account was activated, and I would receive a separate email with my tracking number for my SIM card. I received my SIM card on 10-28-25 and I've been waiting for the phone since. I reached to customer service support on 11-05-25 with the following email. Date: November 5, 2025, 6:32 AM Good morning. Please see previous email from Unity Wireless dated 10/28/25, notifying me about my shipment. As of 11/04/25 I have not received the phone, and you did not even provide a tracking number. I'm traveling on 11/07/25 and I was hoping to have the phone by then. I'm quite disappointed with your slow service, at least provide a tracking number to find out where the shipment is. Thank you, Sasha In response I received the following. Date: November 5, 2025, 12:44 PM Hello, If we send you a phone it won't arrive before then. It typically takes 3-5 business days for phones to arrive in California. Customer Support Unity Wireless Team Phone: (954) 613-6051 I contacted customer support on 11-06-25 and I received this reply. Date: November 6, 2025, 1:10 PM Hi Sasha, Thank you for reaching out. We understand the confusion — some of our ads mention free phones, which apply only to our California Lifeline customers. Since you’re approved through the NLAD program, your service is still completely free, but devices are not included outside of California. As a courtesy, we can offer you a smartphone at a discounted price of $30 through the NLAD program: Please let us know if you’d like to proceed, and we’ll email you an invoice. Once payment is made, notify us so we can ship your phone immediately. Customer Support Unity Wireless Team Phone: (954) 613-6051 I replied with the following email. To: Customer Support Date: November 6, 2025, 7:37 PM I reside in California, and had you bothered to check my address you would have known that. I cannot believe your level of incompetence. Please have a customer service manager check my address and send my phone through expedited courier delivery service, otherwise I will cancel my service with Unity Wireless and sign up with a better wireless provider.
