I made a mistake by processing my order before checking my text for the Grunt Style promotion. After placing the order, I saw the text and went to the Grunt website and found the customer service email and asked for them to reduce the price of my order by the promotional amount. This was Sunday. Monday morning I received an email confirming receipt of my email and that they will honor the promotion. No arguing, no refusal, just a quick response, “no problem”. Shortly afterward I received a corrected invoice with the adjusted amount.

Would like to start as i have been ordering their products for a few years and as always great product great true fit everytime and will say this customer service impressed me how quick and great they resolved an issue i had which the color of a jacket wasnt the one I wanted and noticed it with the confirmation invoice I reached out and they corrected it for me within an hr and added the correct one to the order for me I was waiting for a big to do nothing they instantly took care of it so I gave them a 5 start review because it doesn't go higher thank you grunt style

Went to the outlet mall over this past weekend , was highly satisfied , I buy my shirts from the outlet and some other places that sell them What is really cool if they don’t care your size in store they will order off the website free shipping , now that’s customer service . Over all I love wearing these shirts show ppl where I go , some ask me where I get the shirt . So in a way I’m advertising for the company , I’m proud to wear this product and honor men and woman who served our country to keep out of harms way

Arrived two weeks late, wouldn’t honor current promo on their website and told me their would be a restocking fee and non-refundable shipping for the return. They use the veteran owned as a scam for business…. They are numerous veteran owned companies out their that are much better

I had ordered from grunt style for my boyfriend for christmas. I had ordered all of the products in size medium. Turns out, I look in his closet and he's now a large. I emailed grunt style a few days after placing my order and asked them if there's any easy way to go about switching out the sizes. Hours later, I get an email sent back saying that it's all taken care of and another email, confirming that all the sizes has been switched from medium to large. This was the easiest process I've ever experienced with online shopping. They were quick to respond, solved my problem immediately, and made it super easy for me. I will definitely be buying from them again. What a great company. Not to mention the quality of their products. My boyfriend has been wearing grunt style for years, and the quality has lasted. And he looks great. Love this store.
