Every time I go through the mall I stop at Grunt Style just to see what new first responder swag they have and always have a great experience. This year I shopped online and noticed after the order was submitted I picked the wrong size on a hoodie. I emailed customer service (thinking I would get the run around) It was changed with no issues, only took a few emails back and forth. I received emails back from Pete, Zachariah, and Elissa. All worked to fix my screw up! THE BEST ONLINE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN THE WORLD!!!!

The t shirts that I buy always fit the exact same way. Snug in the chest and arms. I love it! I even buy them for family members also.
My wife has even started wearing the hoodie. Big fan.
I wasn't in the military but I am hugely patriotic and a huge supporter of the military. One uncle was in the marines and 3 uncle's are retired Navy. My father was army and my Father in law was Navy also. So yes I am a huge supporter of our military and always will be.

I’ve never had a problem. Their guarantee is good( never needed it) one shirt The logo Delta Lima India foxtrot was discontinued so I couldn’t replace. I turn inside out. That one came that way. Every other shirt I’ve had no issues. Most recently bought boxer underwear, fit I like them. I’m lucky I got their 40 ounce thermos. It could be a weapon I itself. A good product. I like their philosophy, I like veterans working there.

The Post Office lost my package mid shipment. I left an email asking about it and GS got back to me quickly. They apologized and sent out another shirt within a day. The fact that I tracked the package online, it was clear GS was not to blame. I appreciated the quick response and quick resolve!!
