I had a great customer service experience. I spoke with a gentleman who helped me open a warranty claim, and the process was incredible easy. Product was missing charging cord. I called customer service. There was virtually no wait time until I talked to Andrea. She was professional, attentive and was able to resolve my issue within minutes using the serial number on my unit. My experience with customer service was very good.

Hairmax in my experience has amazing products. I have the laser cap model 202 have been using it for some time. Great results with thickening my thinning hair. Recently lost the hat that goes with the unit. I reached out hoping I could buy one. They did some digging and sent me one for free !! What an amazing company and community! The initial product was purchased CBS deals and steals. Unfortunately it had a part malfunction so I contacted Customer Service at HairMax. Andrea was very thorough and offered options for my product repair and/or replacement. Today she called to confirm a new, identical replacement is being shipped. EXCELLENT customer service!
