My biggest issue was when I tagged the company in a cute instagram story of my cat on her new condo, an AI system immediately responded asking how it could help. A human wouldve known it was just hype but it was really off putting and it followed up in a gross way that a human wouldn’t have done.
We finally unboxed both of our cat wheels that fit in our living room and primary bedroom. Our largest cats tried them first and enjoyed swinging on them while we rocked them. Hopefully, our biggest kitty actually will walk on it for exercise, but in the meantime, it’s aesthetically pleasing and appears to be made of high-quality materials that may last.
definitely smaller than it seems - look at the dimensions before purchasing! water also simply bubbles without flowing anywhere. have moved this around but my cat won't drink from it. very cute and well-made, but going to have to give it away to someone with a cat that prefers to essentially drink right off ceramics.
