Great litter, but too sweet smell.
There's nothing wrong with the litter, its great! However, I'll have to wait until more scents are available. I'm sure some people like the sweet, coconut-like smell, but I generally don't like the smell of sweet/food mixed with cat poop. I much prefer more refreshing smells. So I'll just wait until more options are made.
Great spooky cat tree
My cat loves making muffins on the fluffy top level bed. The building process was easy and the aesthetic makes it so unique and fun. Definitely a great cat product

Pricey, OK Quality
I ordered the Upgraded Wonderland Cat Tree XL from Happy & Polly's website (order placed on 07/05/24). I read some reviews regarding quality and missing parts in shipped cat trees (more on this later) and tried to cancel my order, but it had shipped already. I decided to keep the order as opposed to paying the shipping fee to return it. Customer service was very understanding with me flip-flopping my decision. However, not all of the necessary parts were included in the original delivery (I was missing a post). Customer service was very responsive, apologized for the mistake, and offered to send me the missing post. They were upfront about how I would have to wait for the replacement part to arrive. I was in no rush, and received the replacement part on 07/30/24, so 2 weeks after my original order had arrived. The cat tree itself is adorable, but the platforms were smaller than I thought (this was on me, I didn't take accurate measurements). It is slightly wobbly after assembly, but our kittens don't weigh much or play rough on it so this isn't an issue. A much cheaper cat tree I bought from Chewy feels a lot more stable and sturdy, and all of the parts were included in the box. The cat tree is VERY cute and aesthetic, I love the look of it! My kittens love laying on it and using it to jump around the windowsills to look outside. It's just small, slightly wobbly, and they will eventually outgrow it. Not all of the necessary components were included in the original package, so it was only fully assembled 2 weeks after the initial delivery. Happy & Polly should look into their Quality Control for their shipments to ensure that all necessary parts are included in the package to prevent customers from waiting even further to fully assemble their cat tree. Especially since the cat tree I bought was pricey compared to other retailers for (not as cute) cat trees. I appreciate their follow-up customer service though!

I have had cats before but never from a kitten. I wanted to make sure she had everything she needed to be comfortable. The products were so cute, it was hard to narrow down my list! But she loves all her goodies. The products are high quality, sturdy and she loves them all!! I will be ordering more soon. 🤗 Highly recommend Happy and Polly for your kitten/cats needs or pleasure.

Broken item and replacements returned to sender twice
Unfortunately my item arrived broken. The customer service agent that helped me was very kind and responsive, however, I never actually received my replacement item. It was sent twice and returned to the sender both times. The person was kind enough to offer me a refund which I have received.

I loved how speedy the delivery was and the final product looked amazing. One small thing is that the instructions were a bit hard to read. The screws were scaled down in the pictures so it was hard to tell which one I had to use. This is still a 5 star review because it wasn't detrimental to the final product.

My two girls are rescues, with one being really shy. Both are afraid of new things. Got the cactus waterer in two days. Set it up at half power to bubble out. They love it, not scary and they seem to be drinking more. Great.

Got the wrong hardware parts
Got the wrong hardware parts. I was able to put it mostly together, but I wasn’t able to attach the cloud piece because they straight up gave me one wrong hinge. The fabric parts of the cat tree are pretty cheap feeling, but it is sturdy and the scratcher parts have been holding up. My cat didn’t like for like two months, but now that the chemical smell has wrong off he’ll use it.

Soft, easy to build for 2 people
All my pieces were in the box, it is really nice and soft, my cats love sleeping and playing on the tower. There were some steps, when putting the tower together, that we had to skip to then come back to later because if we had done it as intended the next couple steps would have been harder to put together. Im a little over 5ft tall, the top shelf is about eye level with me. I was looking for a tall and wide cat tower and this is definitely it. If I knew how to share photos of the cat tower I definitely would for those who need a visual representation of the tower before buying it.
The cats are using it!!!
