I found the style of hat and color very easy.
This place is a scam. I ordered a cowboy hat and it came in a box not big enough. Also, the hat was the wrong color. When i contacted them and wanted a full refund, they offered me $10 to keep the hat. They said I could send it back to China but I would have to pay all the freight and any other charges. Plus, they informed me a lot of times, things being shipped back to China gets lost and if they don't receive it, I would not get credit. Total scam and the hat looks like something you could buy for $5. Stay away from this company!
I recently ordered 2 hats from this company. One was not the hat I ordered, the other was not as described. They have a 100% satisfaction policy, unfortunately they don't honor their policy! Not even close. They offered 10 euro refund and I keep the hats that I did not want. There were many emails back and forth all to no avail. I received nothing, no refund of any type! This company is 100% scam! Stay away! On top of it all the hats are made in China not Ecuador!

Ordered 3 Hats. All 3 were wrong. I think this is a scam. I informed them of the situation. I told them I just wanted what I ordered and This is the Email I was sent. I eventually received a hat but was so dissapointed it was not the same hat i had bought, in shape - in crown height, colour, hatband colour and the material was like a cheap party hat completely different from the image shown. I emailed a few times including photos showing how the hat i received was not the hat i purchased! Hatsfashion replied everytime the same (what looked like an AI response) offering a partial $10 refund they explained the return shipping would be more than the $65.98 value of the item ! Seems like a scam, i want a response & a refund !!

Ordered 2 hats with 2 separate orders numbers. One shipped out a few days ago. I've e mailed them 3 times about my 2nd hat but no response. Probably will be disappointed & have read some reviews that this is a scam company. I paid through PayPal & asked them to get an update but probably will get a refund. Be careful when there is no contact phone # & maybe just shop in the USA.
I have ordered from them twice - service are great and easy to order. Shipping however is where all goes wrong as they shipped the wrong size hats resulting in me now having 4 oversized hats that I can do nothing with. On my 1st order they refunded me $20 plus 30% discount voucher on my next order on a $100 order. Now after receiving my second order that are wrong sized again, they don't even answer my mail. They have a money back / free exchange policy that are advertised but do not honor it at all. It is sad that they will treat a customer like this
