The particular hat I recently purchased is of design and style that I have always admired. There have been many movies over the course of my 67 years where this style of hat was worn. I trust the quality of material and stitching will last many years with retain its newest appearance. Just received this hat today and was not disappointed. The professional workmanship exceeds my expectations. I am totally blown away. Love my new hat. Will be proud to show it off.

Hat looks nothing like that advertised, has a 3 inch brim as to advertised, 4 &1/2 inch brim and feels tight for a 60m fit. Tha hat has dimples in the front which is not what is shown in your advert, very, very, disappointed.

This company is a scam operation operatiing out of China. They shipped the wrong hat and then tried to have me keep it, refusing to send me a return label and they offered me a big $10.00 for my trouble. Buyers keep you Dollars here in america do not trust these Chinesse Con artists, they steal and they lie- Buyers beware- You have been warned!!!!!

2 stars as of now, might change based on arrival time and quality. It’s my first order, online purchase experience was okay, but it’s been more than 2 weeks and still waiting for the hats to arrive. Reading other reviews I am not expecting anything great and probably it’s a bad decision so will wait and see what I get. Will keep updating this handle.

It was convenient and at ease with the online purchase. The continuous communication from the staff is good as well. I just hope that my order will be delivered in due time without any problems and of course to my anticipated satisfaction. I humbly await to receive my hats.
Very poor experience
Very poor experience. These hats are not finished to a standard for real use. The quality and hat variety is excellent for a Fancy Dress shop and fancy dress events. However, if you have a complaint they do not send return labels, they repeatedly reply with excuses and never offer a full refund. I was sent the basic standard of steam-pressed felt hats, which I feel are not suitable to be worn for real occasions. I finally accepted the $10 compensation as I was getting absolutely nowhere with customer relations. I have to put this down to experience and stay with eBay and Amazon that help in situations like mine.
