They sent me one hat which was not even the style which I ordered, never mind also very cheap and wrong colour. The other hat was the wrong size, it was mostly polyester, not silk and linen, a different weave and unlined. I asked for a full refund and prepaid shipping label and was offered $10. and told to give my "freebie" hats away, they cost $93.00. I opened a dispute with MC and got my money back!!

Claims to be made in the USA, or Panama. It's total lies, they are made in China from paper. Delivered in a plastic bag and scrunched up, won't get its proper shape! Don't waste your money on this expensive scam!
Genuine Panama?
Bought a "genuine" Panama hat in size 2XL ( I have a large head!) The picture showed in rolled up in a tube. When it eventually came it was in a plastic bag that appeared to have been run over by the courier several times, it was creased and absolutely not hat shaped. The other point was that it was way too small. I complained, they told me (in Chinglish) to use a steam iron or give it to a friend! They did offer me $15 dollars of another hat if I was stupid enough to buy from them again - not going to happen, be warned.
