These guys are 0 for 2 with me. First attempt they sold me a 30x cowboy hat that won't hold up to wind much less rain. So I ordered what they touted was their top of the line 100x Yellowstone - they sent the wrong size that absolutely doesn't fit. 5 days since screw up #2 and no word from their service team. Great prices but no service.

Hat was delivered squashed in the box, no brand name, not lined, no size. The site says full refund if damaged or replaced. I've been emailing back & forth getting nowhere. They gave me an address to return the hat, it's a China address, the hat is supposed to have been handmade in Texas.
Do not buy anything from them!
I ordered a ”Discoball Mirror Hat - Diamonds” and they sent something cheap and rubbish that didn’t resemble what I ordered at all. The pictures on their website are not images of their products; they’ve taken them from other websites. I will never order anything from them again.
