Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the natural products are exceptionally fresh, fragrant, and of top-notch quality, which their lovely pets genuinely adore and consume every single day. People also deeply appreciate the prompt shipping services and the incredibly helpful support team that always solves any unexpected issue right away. Some reviewers were not happy with delivery problems caused by external couriers leaving parcels in bad weather conditions or experiencing frustrating delays. A few people also noted occasional issues with dusty hay or minor unexpected debris appearing in their most recent subscription orders.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Loyal customer for years, now moving away due to new packaging. Our guinea pigs used to love the hay from Haybox, but with the new packaging we're really disappointed that the compression now just results in a bag of dusty broken pieces that's far from appealing - gone are the wonderful lengthy blades and stalks. Our piggies now just sniff around and have the odd piece, but are clearly as disappointed as us. Please listen to customer feedback.
