I loved that i could get my prescription within hours!

I told them I needed name brand Zofran…

I told them I needed name brand Zofran ODT since I tried it a while back and it worked great with my system. No side effects all the benefits where the Ondansetron ODT made me extremely tired. They siflde that would be no problem during chat before ordering and willing to write DAW (Dispense as Written) on prescription. I paid twice, they sent generic Ondansetron ODT twice. After talking to pharmacy and more research online Zofran ODT has been discontinued in USA since 2023. Instead of tell me that they took my money and sent me medicine they knew would make me sick. Horrible don't use.

Scam

They claim they sent my prescription to the pharmacy twice, but the pharmacy claims to not have received it. There is no option to call in, you have to email and their responses often do not address your concerns. I paid for same day service and 36 hours later I still have nothing.

I used Wisp for birth control in 2023, but cancelled my prescription back then because I found out I am basically allergic to birth control. This morning I was checking my bank account and saw that they had charged me for a 3 month prescription I did not authorize. No email. No text. No doctor consultation. Just a charge on my bank account. I chatted with their customer service, who did cancel the charge, but they never did tell me WHY they charged me. I went to reddit to see if anyone had this experience and found out this is an ongoing problem, you cannot easily delete your account with them and that people were finding trustpilot reviews in their name that they did not write. I had to come and make sure that you got a REAL review from the REAL me. If I delete my account, and they charge me again, how am I supposed to cancel the charge through them? Guess I'm talking to my bank today. ZERO stars.

I appreciated how I got a refill of my prescription in a pinch. I like the chat feature so I can communicate missing details with a provider instead of having to pick up the phone.

I got it in time before my vacation! I do recommend this! I was able to go through out my trip without getting my period. I will definitely but again when needed. Once I took the last pill/last day of my trip. I stopped taking the pill. A week later I got my period!

If you need a prescription fast this is the way to do it. I woke up with symptoms and immediately knew I needed an antibiotic, within 2 hours I was at the pharmacy getting my prescription. Thank you so much Wisp!! The fastest and easiest thing. I will definitely use again if need to.

I am very disappointed

I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and wait times as it relates to the beginning of this process up until this point. You falsely advertised that wait time would be 2-3 days after product return and it took exactly 23 days for me to receive answers and then an additional week to receive any prescription that was sent to the wrong pharmacy and I had to sort out. This has been a very unpleasant experience. Even 1 star is too much.
