Beware. Do not purchase from this company. I ordered my wig in June. I received the items they were not as advertised. I requested a refund they would not send me a return label. I had to contact the Better Business Bureau then they magically appeared with the return label. They received their items back September 2. Im still having a hard time getting my refund to this day. I disputed it with my bank. My bank denied the claim because i still had the merchandise. They are still saying that that is pending and they’re lying and they have still not issued my refund do not purchase from this merchant items will not be as described or expected.

In the month of August 2026, I ordered a week from this company was a little scared in the beginning because most of the times when you see these ads and you get the item it’s not what you see but when I receive the wig, it was exactly what I saw in the ad. Also, the quality is awesome. The packaging is so professional and also you get free gifts. The quality of their hair is just as they describe. I give this wig five stars. I was sceptical about ordering, as I've been let down recently with the quality of the wigs I've purchased. Well I've been pleasantly surprised by care to detail that Hermosa has, kept up to date regularly, and when the wig arrived, wow! I was blown away. I ordered a 28" and this hair looked much longer, the quality and craftsmanship is superb! Will definitely be ordering from this company again. It's worth it!

I made an order and the cap size was big, i emailed customer service which was so prompt and agreed to exchange for me at no extra cost. I sent the wig back and received another one in less than two weeks. The cap size fits just perfectly. The hair quality and volume is just too good. I am very Greatful and happy with my hair. It looks just like how it is advertised. Coming from tiktok shop i was a bit skeptical but i am glad i took the leap of faith and bought it. Thank you.
