Hexclad just needed a video a couple…
Hexclad just needed a video a couple pictures and a description. They then reviewed it and we had an answer super fast. They immediately shipped us a new one. I will be buying more hexclads in the future are already own a wok. Which is a strange piece of equipment I am trained on cooking high temp fast-paced but with walk but they make you do not need to do that medium heat is all it needs and a lid, and the large tall wall skillet and I look forward to trying many they are wonderful pans and I can only assume that their pots and short wall skillets are as astronomically well performing. This company is amazing thank you for the quick turnaround. I look forward to future purchases.

Bought the pans from Costco they are…
Bought the pans from Costco they are great, but I had one problem with my frying pan, which was rusting at the bottom. I don’t know about the rest yet. I haven’t got around to using most of them, but I emailed them on Sunday about the pan and they replied Monday and they’re replacing it fantastic CustomerService glad I bought the pans
