HexClad Purchase Huge Mistake
We bought the small set - 3 fry pans and 2 pots with lids - in December 2025 from their website.
Set arrived carefully packed and they were awesome for about 3-4 months. Now, they do transfer heat evenly and I never had to use an element setting over 8! Great!
THEN the pans started to stick! Everything sticking! And almost impossible to clean off the burned on food. Now finish is stained.
We thought we did our homework before purchasing these BUT we were wrong! For long term use, these pans are a waste of money!! I wish I had read more in-depth reviews. So much money wasted. 😔

I love the cookware products. I have all three frying pans and the wok. The 10" pan had some of the coating fade, which was causing the food get stuck on the pan while cooking. Kudos to quick customer support
We had an issue with everything sticking in the pans. We contacted Hexclad support and they very quickly sent out a replacement set. The set works just as advertised. The fact that we didn’t have to jump through hoops and hurdles to get them replaced was the customer support is supposed to work.

I ordered my wife a few things for our wedding Anniversary Saturday, unfortunately one of the items was damaged. I was surprised with the level of service they offered. I submitted the warranty claim and I got the call within mins to confirm my details of submission. Celia was amazing on the call providing all the instructions to find the serial number and also showed so much patience while I was checking for it. These are the worst pans we have…
These are the worst pans we have purchased and they are at such a high price!
I cannot see why anyone rates these super expensive pans, as even 1 star is generous. They are so heavy, the handles don't detach, and the biggest issue THEY ARE NOT NON-STICK! Even at a medium heat, half of the food is stuck in the pans worst than even the cheapest non stick pans? I really dont get the fuss around HexClad.

To start, the frying pan arrived within just two days after ordering it. The important thing is that, even though we’ve had the pan for only a month, we really appreciate it’s even cooking and easy easy clean-up. I’ve had to lower my cooking temperatures because the pan heats up so easily. If I need another type of pan in the future, HexClad will be at the top of the list.
