Don’t waste your money — this company uses AI to generate the art and charges you for something you could easily create for free. If you go to any AI image tool (like ChatGPT’s image generator or Bing’s Image Creator) and upload your photo with the same prompt they ask for, you’ll get the exact same result.
I paid over $80 CAD and received a card so zoomed in it only showed my fiancé’s teeth and my forehead. When I asked for a refund or replacement, they offered me $12 back.

Really really bad customer service. They don’t reply at all via email and don’t adhere to their return/refund policies. Also their shipping dates are so off.
If I could leave no stars I would. I paid extra for shipping to ensure my package would be here between Dec 21st and 23rd. It’s now January 11th and I finally received my package but guess what? It’s ruined and they drew on it with permanent marker. I’ve been in contact with the company and they’re completely useless and don’t respond.

Ordered a gift for Mother’s Day the beginning of May paid for the expressed shipping said I would receive it by Mother’s Day it just came in today May 31st and when I opened the box it was packaged poorly and on one of the names the paint is smudged. Very poor quality, ordered it a few weeks before mother’s day and they said it would get here in time. Did not arrive for two weeks after mother’s day. I messaged them as soon as a i ordered it to change shipping address because it was set to my old home and they said they fixed it, they did not. It was still delivered to my old house. Has scratches all over it, the lights in the wood are poorly made and attached, was coming apart when i opened the box. Very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to buy these products.
