Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Consumers frequently noted that items looked completely different from the online advertisements, often receiving cheap flat printed plastic instead of the expected three-dimensional products shown in the pictures. People also complained significantly about extremely long shipping delays, poor customer communication, and high prices for what they ultimately considered unacceptable merchandise quality.
The minority of people were satisfied with the items, mentioning that personalized goods made wonderful gifts for their family members. Reviewers additionally appreciated when orders arrived promptly and accurately matched their initial expectations regarding the design, materials, and general quality.

I bought the small baby blanket for a gift for a couple from my church. I had his name put on it at the top. I wasn’t sure what it was going to be like since I’ve never ordered from this company before. I’ll admit I was a little nervous with all the scams that go on anymore. But I’m so glad I did get it. It was even better than I expected. I absolutely loved it and so did the parents to be. It was so soft and the Bible verses with the animals was perfect since they are doing the room in animals. The only thing I would like to see is maybe other choices than just animals. I will definitely buy again. I received my order before the date.
I am super pleased with the mousepad, but have minor reservations. The image is obviously AI modified with the person looking noticeably different. The wrist support are a tad too firm as compared to my other mousepads with wrist gel support. Unless you like fakers with nerf football boobs, I would suggest an option to ask for soft, medium, or firm. Call it baby bear, momma bear, or papa bear.
Took forever, no updates on shipping or production. It looks cheap, not at all what it looked like in the ad. I was expecting a 3d style ornament, but its a print out with a plastic cover. Wont be buying from them again
