Took way too long. I specifically purchased the item based on the estimated shipping arrival that was posted for that item. It took at least a week longer and I was expecting here by Mother’s Day for a gift. So I was giftless on Mother’s Day because of the inaccurate shipping time posted. The item was also pretty disappointing as the way it is pictured on the site makes it look more glamorous than what the actual item looks like. Overall bad experience. I messaged the customer service on this and no one ever responded. I was totally ignored so I don’t think they care
I was expecting a figurine that it showed in the add. I wasn’t expecting a cut out picture of the figurine on a plastic shape. I feel it was way over priced and not what was described in the add. Also came from china and was late for Mother’s Day! Wouldn’t recommend or order from again.
Item was not even close to what was portrayed. I expected a 3d acrylic statue and instead got printed plastic with Lights sandwiched in between. for 60$ you would expect the real deal. I could have made this with 10$ from hobby lobby. but what do you expect when shipped from China direct
Over a month later still waiting. Worst experience ever. I never received my package. This is the second item I’ve ordered from ads on Instagram and I will never do it again. I never got either of my packages spent all this money. I’m not even gonna bother to ask for my money back because I know I will never get it and I’ll get an excuse as to why I can’t my money back.

I bought an Acrylic Lamp, 03TYLU250326, for my girlfriend for Mother’s Day. Based off the pictures it looks like a beautiful 3 Dimensional Lamp. WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IS NOT WHAT IS PICTURED!! What you will receive is two pieces of molded plastic that has a picture/ sticker stuck on the front, with a self stick LED strip in between. I was charged over $50 for this! This piece of junk is worth $10 at best. Not only was this a massive ripoff but this company is nothing more than a scam artist. Save your money and don’t purchase ANYTHING from this company.

I have requested a full refund; The item was not received as advertised. It showed a real customizable Nightmare Before Christmas lamp in the advertisement. I paid to have it customized as well. I ordered this as a Mother's Day gift. When I received the item, it was a cheap flat picture print of the lamp I ordered on a cheap piece of plastic. A complete rip off. This company should be shut down for false advertisement.
Pictured item was exactly the idea for a great mother's Day gift. The actual item was literally a picture of that item poured into acrylic. It's pictured to be freestanding with a base on the bottom, but the picture enclosed by the acrylic has that dimension and not the actual item. It's only 1/2" thick so doesn't have enough base to stand on its own, also cut with slight bevel to make it more difficult. They don't include any hanging devices so not sure how they expect this to be displayed. Next was the shipping costs and that comes from China, not mentioned, in a mailer bag unless you pay for "decorative box", which is just red cardboard. Currently working with their consumer service dept on price adjustment. I want to keep the item but I have to buy a stand that was supposed to be included and then modify it to hold it. Do not buy from them.
False advertising the seller made it seem as though they were actual figurines and it turns out to be a sublimated plastic . Also the designs requested did not match what I ordered. When trying to reach out I got the run around. Never again
Absolutely a scam, product does not look like anything on the pictures in the website. Be ready to get disappointed. And their returns and refund policy is just as horrible.
It was very well made. Made my mother cry lol(which was the goal). It took a bit to come in though. Otherwise we loved it❤️
