A graduation gift mess
The item ordered (a graduation gift) was completely misprinted a d the stuffing and stitching off and hanging loose. When reported with photos, they offered to give me a 20% refund on the item that cannot be given as a gift.

This company sucks
This company sucks! I ordered a personalized gift as a graduation present and never received it. I received several emails saying to confirm delivery address, which was 100% correct and I still confirmed it. After receiving 4 emails to confirm address, which I did every time, I then received an email stating my product will be returned to sender. This was extremely upsetting because not only was the address correct, I never once received a call from the delivery driver to even inquire about delivery location. Now I am going back and forth trying to get a refund and they are making it hard as well. Very poor customer service!

Never got the item last update was on the 24th of may saying delayed its been delayed since the 20th of May when it got to Jackson Mississippi and should have been delivered an hour away in Taylorsville Mississippi but nothing and all I get is email saying sorry for delay but its still on its way , it was for mother's day this yr not next yr

It didn’t arrive until 2+ weeks after Mother’s Day when I was told it would hear. Then when it comes it’s thin, cheap, junk! The sides and back aren’t even colored so it doesn’t even look 3D at all. I want a refund.

It took an awfully long time to get here. Almost a month. I ordered on May 4th and it got delivered June 1st. Not at all what I was expecting. It was plastic cut out with the picture on it. Will not order from here again.

Bought a gift for my wife for mother's day and what I got was NOT what I ordered. Asked for a refund and only got 16$ back and paid almost 80$ for it. Feel scammed and will never buy from this company again...

I’ll give you a review that you asked for. I finally received my item after waiting forever to get it and when it arrived, it was broken. So you have to make me another one and I am still waiting for that one to arrive……..and this was suppose to be a Mother’s Day gift. So I’m not a happy person. And I have recommended twice to your company that because of such a long wait to get the item ordered and get it in 1 piece, that I should be offered a discount on how much I paid originally…..and each time I have been 100% completely ignored. So you have a very pissed off customer and a customer who will NEVER and I repeat NEVER buy a single thing from you ever again if I don’t get a good discount for how long I’ve had to wait for this item!!!!

Do not order from this company!!! The products are advertised as beautiful, artisan peices, a gross misrepresentation of what actually gets delivered. First, the delivery takes 2-3 weeks, then what arrives is NOT what you bought! You pay a premium price point for an item that looks beautiful in their pictures, but end up with a tiny peice of junk that looks like it is sold at the dollar store. I ended up with a hunk of plastic that had a poorly placed sticker on the back. Avoid this company if you know whats good for you.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt this one was warranted. I ordered two custom products from Homacus. One was a custom sweater, and the other was what was advertised as a personalized geode-style rock display. The sweater was decent overall. The custom print came out correctly, the spelling was right, and the design looked as expected. My only complaint is that the neck opening was extremely small and made it difficult to get my head through, but otherwise it was acceptable. The real issue was the geode product. The listing photos and description made it appear to be a substantial geode-style rock formation or decorative piece. What I received was essentially a thin, flat plastic panel with lights. Nowhere in the description was it made clear that this was a flat plastic item. The photos and dimensions were very misleading and gave the impression that it was a much more substantial 3D display. Had the listing accurately represented the product, I never would have purchased it. I genuinely felt misled by the advertising and disappointed when it arrived. It wasn't a matter of quality—it was a matter of the product not matching the expectations created by the listing. Because one of the two products was acceptable, I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, I strongly encourage potential buyers to be cautious, as the product I received was not what the photos led me to believe I was buying.

Aweful. The item I bought was not at all what was displayed in the pictures on the website. The website showed an actual acrylic lamp. It appeared to be a real, functional, and 3 dimensional acrylic lamp with the custom Nightmare Before Christmas characters at the base. Instead, what I received was a very cheap flat piece of plastic with a printed sticker of the lamp from the website on the front. I paid $50 for a lamp and received a $5 piece of plastic. And if that wasn’t enough, the lamp shipped directly from mainland China and took 3 weeks to get delivered so I didn’t even receive it in time for Mother’s Day. Never again will I ever order anything from Homacus.
