This company is not worth your money! I ordered a personalized gift as a graduation present and never received it. I received several emails saying to confirm delivery address, which was 100% correct and I still confirmed it. After receiving 4 emails to confirm address, which I did every time, I then received an email stating my product was delivered but I haven't received anything when I arrived home, This was extremely upsetting because not only was the address correct, I never once received a call from delivery but sent pictures but I never got it. Now I am going back and forth trying to get a refund and or replacement but they are making it hard as well, then comes back to tell me delivery confirmed so no refund or replacement, I just lost the gift I wanted for the child and my money. Very poor customer service! Don't buy it

Initially I ordered this for my son for Father's Day, when it arrived it was broken. I contacted the company and sent them pictures, they turned around and replaced the mug free of charge. Even though it missed the Father's day celebration when it did arrive it worked perfectly.

Highly Disappointed
The image of the product made it seem 3D and we got a flimsy piece of metal in the mail. If we put the weathervane outside it would break within a day. They also didn’t finish cutting out the metal and there is a random piece of white metal left. Very disappointed for how much money was spent and only managed to get a partial refund.
