People also complained significantly about extremely long shipping delays, poor customer communication, and high prices for what they ultimately considered unacceptable merchandise quality. The minority of people were satisfied with the items, mentioning that personalized goods made wonderful gifts for their family members. Reviewers additionally appreciated when orders arrived promptly and accurately matched their initial expectations regarding the design, materials, and general quality.

I was extremely disappointed when my…

I was extremely disappointed when my item arrived. It looked nothing like what I saw online. Even the box that I ordered with it, the item didn't fit. I was embarrassed to give this to my mom for mother's day. I had to run out at the last minute and buy her something else.

It was advertised as something it’s…

It was advertised as something it’s not. I thought it would be a real vase not something so small . Had to go out and buy a back up gift cause that’s something you don’t just give as a gift it’s a starter gift. If I could send it back and get my money back I would I could have made something on my own that was much much better. Will never buy from there again.

If you’re looking to be disappointed…

If you’re looking to be disappointed this is the place. You get over charged on cheap stuff that looks nothing like the picture and the extras like boxes and card are crap and over priced. I would not recommend anything from this site to my worst enemy or as a prank to screw someone over. It’s that bad. Also you can’t return anything. Go find something on Etsy and buy American made.

Deceptive Advertising, you won't get what you ordered

Ordered this custom lamp that has kids names on it. They pull the lamp out of the box and it's 3D, very cool, nightmare before christmas with Sally. I received a flat as a pancake, partially done light box with glue strands still hanging out. It's a flat print of what the lamp looked like. They have canned responses and offer token 10-20% refunds, but it's so deceptive. Save your money. They have an internal review system on their website, so you can't see any negative reviews. they throw them away like I'm going to do with their "lamp"

⭐☆☆☆☆

⭐☆☆☆☆ Highly misleading product images. The listing makes this look like a raised, 3D plaque in a display box, but what I received is a flat acrylic print that came in plastic packaging. The visuals clearly create a false impression of a three-dimensional item. The seller acknowledged this and repeatedly offered partial refunds (10%, 30%, 50%, 70%) instead of providing a full refund. This is not as described. Buyers should be cautious.
