Ordering this for a close friend that just lost his dog, he adopted the dog while we were in college and roommates. The ordering process was pretty straight forward. Having more stories to choose from would be a major plus, but overall very easy to place the custom order

Nicely set up website. Walks you threw step by step. Only issue I had this time around using was there was quite a bit of lag when I clicked on things. Not sure if they were doing an update or what was going on but other than that very well set up and easy to follow website.

Five books down and still loving it!
I just ordered my fifth book from Hooray Heroes and have no plans of stopping there. These books are so cute, colorful, and entertaining. The quality is amazing, too! I’ve only ever bought the hardcovers and have loved them. The paper for the pages is high-quality as well. I love the variety of books the site has and how they can be used for any situation. My family has loved receiving books with their name and character in it. Hooray Heroes is the best!

Everything from start to finish of my order was so personal, thorough, and easy! I also loved that you can see the end result before purchasing. With losing a fur baby, it gets hard sometimes talking about it. However, in a sense, felt like she was right there helping me make this book. Disappointed so far
Disappointed so far, I paid for expedited printing and the book is not yet complete and with an 18 day anticipated shipping it seems unlikely that I will receive the book before Christmas. I am still hopeful but my understanding is the book would have been complete within 5 days with the priority printing.
