Took a bit but worth it
My experience was mixed, but in the end the product was worth the effort. I wished to create a book with my grandson’s name since it is unusual and hard to find in ready-made items. I also wanted to include 2 friends in the story. This required a bit of searching.
Put such a smile on my face
Captured my Pomeranian Waffles perfectly! The book arrived so quickly and I just love it so much! I have it displayed on my dresser right next to his collars. (He has passed away so this book helps with reminding me of all his shenanigans)

I enjoyed the many options, there’s so much that’s wonderful about the two sibling book for the holidays. One thing I didn’t like was the creepy elves in the introduction page, they looked scary for an otherwise fun book and wish I could view the final version larger before ordering.

I really love what you guys are doing and it's so fun to make, the website is easy to navigate but in my personal opinion - you need more book options for larger families ❤️ 4+ kids - I don't really like how the design options change based on which book/color page/wall paper you choose. Overall though it's great and I'm so excited for my kids to see the 3 books I got Christmas morning! Thank you

The entire process was smooth and user friendly. I made a mistake when ordering, I caught it, emailed them and within 24 hours the order was fixed and a new order confirmation email was sent with the corrections so I could verify! Incredible customer service, very friendly and happy to help! 10/10 recommend!

I ordered a personalized book for my grandson and his dog. The book came very quickly and is adorable! The graphics are super cute and the stories are so much fun to read! I would definitely order from them again.

I have purchased 3 books now and I really really love them, but I do wish there were some other hair options for the moms because I feel like they don't look quite close enough to my sisters that I made books for (some middle parts or longer hair would be great). Other than that though I have no complaints! My husband adores the book I made for him and my daughter and teared up when I gave it to him for father's day!
