Their return policy is extremely disappointing. Not only do they refuse to refund shipping costs (both ways), but they also charge an additional 15% restocking fee. By the time you factor everything in, returning an item can cost more than just keeping it. Be aware of this before making a purchase and plan accordingly. I won’t be doing business with them again.

We do post our return policy online and you do agree to it during checkout. We did offer zero restock fees to assist you, however when a customer orders incorrectly, they unfortunately must bare the burden of shipping fees to retun the item. We do not feel it would be fair to spread these costs out to our other customers. Shipping fees are charged and used to pay freight companies for their services. We wish you luck with your project and would happy to assist in the future order the correct parts you may need.

We use UPS as a default when shipping from our store location, since the service is speedy and has a good claims resolution process.
