The shipping charges on this kit were exhorbitant. $21 to ground ship a $45 part? If I'd had any other alternative, I would have gone there. I give it an extra star because the proccessing and delivery time were very good.

Your shipping rate has been reviewed and is congruent with weight and destination. Please note we do not inflate our product costs to absorb shipping for these items like many other online retailers so. Unfortunately, a lot of our chain link hardware is heavy steel and can be a little more expensive to ship.

What is wrong with your product. Who is ever welding up the steel needs to learn how to weld. The steel is all twisted and deformed from getting too hot while welding. Also use better hardware screws strip out very easily since I had to take the whole gate back apart once I figured out, it was all twisted.

The website said they were in stock and would ship next day. I called after not seeing a shipping confirmation for several days to find out they had to be made. The quality is not that good. We make these in house, but I was hoping for a cleaner edge and weld, but they were actually worse. The inner pipes were not centers nor did they fit tightly. I suggest using pipe, tubing, or angle that properly fills the inner space of the post that the extender fits into.

This is the second time we've used this business. Very, very happy with the contact person, the turn around with a quote. Great follow up at every step of the order. Delivery was great AND the price was good. It was about 5 years between orders and their price increase was very decent. Especially with all of the tariffs and freight charges. If another project comes up that we can use them again we certainly would! Oh and the gates both times were perfect - 40 feet each. All the necessary parts were included as quoted.
