After so many problems with my old host (bought out by Hosting.com) I've switched to Hostarmada - what a refreshing change. REAL person on the chat, fast site loading ! No unexplained downtime, no Xerxes chat bots- simply straight sailing. Despite the awful name, HIGHLY recommended.

The only reason i joined them was for their excellent support and everything they offered as promised on paper! I just migrated 3 of my sites over to HostArmada and they helped me every step of the way. I was able to test out the new hosted sites before they were live and the ssl was installed shortly after. No down time. I was nervous about switching hosts, but it was a great experience. Now to move a couple more sites over.

I had a number of hosting services and there were always issues and problems. Host Armada have given me none and their chat support is quick, efficient, knoweldgable and helpful. If you are reading this just use them, dont bother looking elswhere

What I really don’t like:
Fake pricing. You’ll be charged a much higher rate after your initial billing period ends. For example, I started at $5 per month, but it increased to $20. That’s fine — I decided to keep using the hosting.
However, offering only 90GB of traffic for $20 is a terrible decision. You can’t purchase additional traffic.
With so many bots consuming website bandwidth these days, limiting traffic to 90GB for $20 is unreasonable.
If you’re just launching a small homepage, it might be okay to try.
But if you want to avoid the hassle of moving to another hosting provider later, choose a good host from the start — one with a fair pricing policy and reasonable traffic limits.
I’m closing all my accounts and switching to another hosting provider. I’m really tired of having to fight over a few extra gigabytes after exceeding the 90GB limit.

We were introduced in Host Armada through Speed Reaper Shared Hosting which is a robust hosting package offered in a price out of this world!
The main reason that made us move forward buying a Site Nova Reseller Hosting was that except of the modern, easy and well-designed admin Panel, the support from day one till now is instant and excellent, make you feel secure and taking all anxiety away no matter how small or big the issue is.
Let's hope they are going to remain forever, exactly like they are all these years.
We are going to buy more Speed Reapers for sure and maybe one VPS to check it out too.
