Vlad and colleagues resolve file pointing issue

Vlad, along with Hassan, Nivin, and Fin, worked with my webmaster to assess a complex problem and identify a solution. Vlad was friendly, polite, responsive, and experienced enough to troubleshoot my situation within two days. I am grateful for his service! I've been using Hostek for a very long time. Their customer support has always been good, but I much regret they have cancelled their phone service. This was a valuable asset.
