I am a Teacher. They refuse to release my funds and close my account - even though I am no longer required to contribute to PERA! My company no longer contributes either but they are holding my funds, just being mean for no reason and they refuse to help - they just keep denying the requests over 10 times!! This should have been closed out 6 months ago. How are they allowed to be in business?!

Time-sensitive Account Verification
I inadvertently blocked myself from my account when I lost access to my 2FA number. I'm currently abroad and the international account verification process is more complex than domestic. Ericka M. and others at Human Interest were incredibly helpful throughout the process. Regaining access was a time-sensitive issue and Ericka fielded /a lot/ of calls and emails from me as I stressed about it. Ericka was endlessly understanding and diligently followed up internally on my behalf. Truly appreciate all of the patience from the team and Ericka's help getting my account sorted.
