I was so disappointed in this visit. Me and my son and my best friend went in there for breakfast. The waitress name "Autumn", did not listen to what we wanted on our orders. For example, my son asked for a well done Burger, he got a burger that was red in the center. Second, my friend asked if she could get a side item and the price said $2.99, autumn said yes, yet they charged us $4.49 for the item, and last, my omelette was so small and it looked like it had been sitting out and reheated. And when I asked "Autumn" if I could speak to a manager about my situation , she responded by saying "well I'm going to get in trouble for this" , and I said no, I just want to let them know so it doesn't happen again, again she told me "I'm going to get in trouble for this ". I don't believe that is something that you should be telling your customers . I was extremely disappointed in this visit. I would like to also ADD...that if you are reporting and issue, waitresses like AUTUMN will go and talk to other co workers in a huddle and they glare at you !!!! I am not a resident of Roanoke, I came there for a 2 day get a way and this is what I get. AND I have not even gotten a phone call or an email !!! Shows how much they Don't Care. And until something gets done about this, I will continue to express my opinion.
I went into ihop needed a few min of quietness for a court hearing. The workers was so understanding they lower music or none at all. I went at the back I was very grateful for the kindness they show. Wish I remembered the two young ladies name. But if they read this they know who they are.
My husband and I frequent the Beach Blvd Biloxi Location, We feel like family there. All the wait staff work very hard to get the orders out and are efficient. Karla, Keisha, Trilla, Louanne and Buck and all the others are great wait staff and very welcoming. Our food is always satisfactory.
Excellent service at the IHOP in Grand Island Ne our waitress was Angelia and she was amazing
We had a great experience. It was great to see the manager (Stephanie) helping out everywhere. She was at tables, in the kitchen and at the front as well as clearing tables and cleaning them. We love to see managers helping out when their team is in the weeds. Our waitress (Sammy) was so courteous and friendly. They were very busy so it took a little to get our food but it was good.
Lisha is an exceptional server . She serves everyone with professionalism and her smile is very contagious. She’s the number one at IHOP.
Had a waiter name Greg when I gave him his tip he was very rude and ask if that was all I was gonna give him I will never go back to the ihop meanwhile his working there and he never came to Check on my table only dropped off the food and didn’t come back till he had to give me the check do better Lindenhurst !!!!! Worst experience of my life

This is the only restaurant where hash browns or fried shredded potatoes are served as a side dish at an extra cost. At all other restaurants, my omelette comes with fried shredded potatoes or country-style potatoes as part of the meal. Pancakes have decreased in size and more expensive.

Thinking nothing wrong I went to the shop. I was seated a waited 30 min for my food which was coldIHOP. The place was empty. The waitress gave us coffee and didn't bother to check up on us. Came with the food very cold. And the crepes were not like they were before no cream. Just plain with strawberry dried as can be. I was not happy she brought the cream after she saw that i was upset. She tried to fix it but I was upset anyway. I will never come back to ihop.
Hostess Tracy and waitress Ashley are the best at what they do. These girls are hard workers and definitely good to the customers.

The waitress Kailey at the Ulmerton restaurant was very sweet and a really great waitress. She took very good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed and we didn’t have to ask for my drink to be refilled with is really great. We eat here a lot and I wish she was here more because we would eat here more often.
My family of 5 adults and 2 very active keiki had a 5 out of 5 star experience at the iHop in Hilo, Hawaii. Kealani and her fellow workers were very attentive to our needs and the omelettes with hollandaise sauce were delicious.Thank you for making our spontaneous family reunion memorable.
Upon first entering the guy that seated us I’m assuming the manager was rude and didn’t ask who was next just assumed the man was and went to him first . I had to speak up and mention I was here first. He then gave me the dirtiest look like he was put out and I was wrong for saying I was here first. The whole seating experience was bad. Second they are clearly busy tables full of dishes and left undone and our table was very sticky and needed to ask the waitress to wipe table please. The waitress was clearly in a bad mood and was by liking to wash table she was very short and acted like she was also put out we had to ask for everything , water etc. when she came to get our drinks to order I asked for coffee my sister asked for chocolate milk and was told we don’t have chocolate milk when it says on the menu chocolate milk. She wasn’t very pleasant at all. Just felt some kind of way like ooops! Maybe we shouldn’t have come here today!? Just saying now because of this most likely won’t be back and I just moved in literally next door. Thank you for your less than happy experience today from ihop at James center in Tacoma. Lastly this is being posted before we’ve even gotten our food.
A disappointment to eat here I ordered the tbone and when it got to the table and tried it, it was horrible dry, colorless and stiff as if I had waited all day to serve it to someone of course I returned it and only ate the broccoli and the small amount of fries that came with the dish and a...plus a couple of extra pieces of broccoli, they knocked $7.50 off the price of the meat, but then I paid $12.50 for the broccoli and fries, insane . I don't know what kind of math they're doing, but I certainly don't think that's worth more than the T-bone steak. Needless to say, we won't be returning to this restaurant, there was a reason the place was empty.
