Mother's Day Disappointment

Today is Mother's Day 5/10/2026, and my family wanted to treat me to breakfast. The wait time was not bad. I ordered biscuit and gravy with hashbrowns bacon, eggs, and sausages. When the food arrived, it was cold. I asked the waitress to warm up the gravy. She brought the gravy back and it was still cold. The eggs and pancakes was cold and the biscuit tasted like it was a month old and not fresh. What a waste of time and money. I could have gone somewhere else to enjoy my Mother's Day. The bathroom reflected the food, "NASTY." The restaurant was located in Jacksonville, Florida on 103rd street. Quality does not exist anymore.

So I was carving pancakes

So I was carving pancakes. I have a gluten allergy, and ihop use to have gluten free pancakes. I was bummed out that you guys don't serve gluten free pancakes anymore. Im so disappointed in guys that you don't take care of the people with gluten allergies. Especially when we want pancakes. Come one bring back gluten free pancakes.

We went again to IHOP in Cary North…

We went again to IHOP in Cary North Carolina today we like to ask for this one particular server her name is LEXY she is a doll not only she is on point. not only does she do her job well, she treats the customers like family and that’s the experience that we received when we had her as our server. She is kind courteous polite will do nothing to make you feel right at home as far as the food itself it’s not bad atmosphere is OK. I found the Mens room. A little dirty should be taken care of. We go there at least twice a week the price is good for seniors and we order from the 55 and over menu.

Rebekah with such amazing customer…

Rebekah with such amazing customer service, looked after us so well. I work in Government in Australia where customer service is paramount. Please know Rebekah is a credit to your establishment. Please look after her as she does her customers. Thank you Rebekah.

1st time at ihop in jackson Michigan

1st time at ihop in jackson Michigan. I ordered a omelet with bacon, ham and American fries white toast and a mountain dew. The omelet was cold the potato in the omelet were cold and dry 1 slice of cheese cut in half on top of the omelet toast was cold and hard like it sat there for a few mins. On top of the bad food I was charged $25.00 for I didn't pay attention and I should have when I signed the receipt. No tip cause I left cash tip on table. I will never return to a ihop. No reason for getting charged $25.00 for a omelet. There's alot better restaurants that don't charge thst much for better food. I had to leave for a emergency otherwise I would have ssid something to management.

Great service, but no GF Pancakes any more

This review is following a visit to IHOP 36-103 Kissimmee. Jacki our server was really helpful and polite. She is very much a credit to your team. The only thing that stopped this being a 5 star review is even though gluten free pancakes are on the menu, we were told they have been discontinued.

Are you REALLY listening to your consumers?

To IHOP Corporate Representatives and Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience at IHOP #1447 located at 5224 Seawall Blvd., Galveston, Texas 77551. On March 27th, at approximately 9:30 p.m., I visited this location and ordered the gluten‑free pancakes—an item I have relied on for years. To my surprise, I was informed by management that IHOP has discontinued all gluten‑free pancakes and waffles nationwide. These waffles and pancakes were delicious! For individuals like myself who live with gluten sensitivity, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, or Crohn’s disease, this decision is more than an inconvenience. It removes one of the few safe, enjoyable breakfast options available when dining out. Your gluten‑free pancakes were not only delicious, they provided a sense of normalcy and inclusion for customers with autoimmune and digestive conditions. Having that option on the menu made many of us feel seen, valued, and accommodated. The removal of these items is devastating for those of us with limited food choices. On the night of my visit, the only items I could safely consume were hot chocolate and an omelette—neither of which I had my heart set on. Breakfast restaurants are already challenging for people with dietary restrictions, and IHOP had been one of the few places where we could enjoy something as simple and comforting as pancakes without fear of getting sick. I respectfully ask IHOP to reconsider this decision. Many restaurants are moving toward more inclusive menus to support customers with autoimmune diseases and food sensitivities. Bringing back gluten‑free pancakes and waffles would not only restore trust, it would reaffirm IHOP’s commitment to serving all guests with care and consideration. Sometimes a single corporate decision can have a significant impact—positive or negative—on entire communities of people. I hope this message helps convey just how important these menu items were to those of us who depend on them. Thank you for your time and for considering the reinstatement of these essential gluten‑free options. I am requesting a representative to please contact me at the number provided in my message sent to your company. My question to your executives is “Are you listening to your consumers?” Sincerely, Terrie S. Orange, Texas 77630
