Helpful... to a point...
While the services offered are extremely valuable, the IP2Location Excel plugin install is very troubling. I am rather tech savoy but not all users will be. When I need a simple conversion from IP or Lat Long to show City/State, it seems that it takes me more time to find a simple way to perform the conversion than necessary.
I tested it with two different people…

Thank you for your feeback. Can you please let us know the IP address in question via email? Our QA team will investigate this matter. Although we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in the IP2Location products, however we should be able to achieve high accuracy in most countries.
Says you can download up to 30…
Says you can download up to 30 countries at a time but doesnt let you. i had 30, then tried 29, 28,27 everything is blocked.
