Very bad support or rather no support at all!!!
No response on many emails to resolve country location for 63.250.152.31. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I've sent 3 mails to 'sales @ ip2location.com' as indicated in your FAQ to fix country origins in your database. All my mail have received no answers over last 3 weeks. Subject of emails was 'BT AS3300 - IP database update request - 63.250.152.16/28' There is nowhere on your site details how to raise a case for support!!! I've received IP2Location reply: "We have problem to receive your email, thus it is not appearing in our ticketing system. Can you please resend the email using another email account? " My bt.com professional address is thus filtered by your mailing system?? I've now resent the mail with my hotmail.com private address. Let's see how it goes.

Very inaccurate! The results were inaccurate by far! Location stated Mississippi, that's incorrect as I am in Louisiana.
